Refund & Return Policy

At BarretPrint, customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. We strive to deliver high-quality printing services and products that meet your exact specifications. However, because most of our products are custom-made, we have a clear refund and return policy to ensure fairness and transparency.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

  • Returns or refunds are only applicable where there is a clear error on our part, such as:

    • Printing mistakes (wrong content, wrong size, wrong colors) that differ from the approved design.

    • Delivery of the wrong product compared to what was ordered.

    • Manufacturing defects on branded items or merchandise.

  • Personalized and custom-printed items (such as business cards, banners, branded T-shirts, mugs, etc.) cannot be returned or refunded if the error was due to incorrect information provided by the client during order confirmation.

2. Quality Assurance Process

  • Before printing, we always share a digital proof or sample with clients for approval.

  • Once approved, printing proceeds, and BarretPrint will not be responsible for errors in spelling, colors, content, or design that were present in the approved proof.

3. Timeframe for Claims

  • Any request for a return, refund, or reprint must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • Claims made after this period may not be accepted.

4. Refund Options

Depending on the nature of the issue, BarretPrint may:

  • Reprint the affected order at no extra cost.

  • Offer a partial refund where applicable.

  • Provide store credit that can be used on future orders.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds and returns will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Customer changes mind after order has been confirmed and printed.

  • Delays caused by third parties such as couriers or suppliers.

  • Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery.

  • Color variations that occur due to different screen calibrations (minor variations are normal in printing).

6. Delivery & Shipping Costs

  • If a return is approved, the client may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was caused by BarretPrint.

  • For reprints, BarretPrint will cover the cost of delivering the corrected order.

7. How to Request a Refund or Return

To initiate a return or refund:

  1. Contact our customer support team via 0742944297 / contact@barrelprint.co.ke.

  2. Provide your order number, photos of the product, and a clear explanation of the issue.

  3. Our team will review your claim and respond within 2–3 business days.

8. Policy Updates

BarretPrint reserves the right to update this Refund & Return Policy from time to time to reflect business practices, customer feedback, or legal requirements.
