Welcome to Barrelprint. By accessing our website or using our printing services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. Definitions
- “Company” / “We” / “Our” / “Us” – refers to Barrelprint.
- “Customer” / “You” / “Your” – refers to any person, business, or organization placing an order with Barrelprint.
- “Services” – refers to printing, branding, design, and related solutions offered by Barrelprint.
2. Orders & Approvals
- All orders must be submitted with complete specifications (size, colors, quantity, and design files).
- Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving proofs before production. Once approved, no changes or cancellations can be made.
- Barrelprint is not liable for errors in spelling, grammar, or design provided by the customer.
3. Pricing & Payments
- Prices are quoted based on the requirements provided. Any changes may affect the final cost.
- Payment terms: 50% deposit before production and balance upon completion (unless agreed otherwise).
- Payments must be made via accepted methods: bank transfer, M-Pesa, or other approved channels.
4. Turnaround Time & Delivery
- Turnaround times vary depending on the type and quantity of order. Customers will be informed of estimated timelines.
- Delays caused by late submission of artwork, approvals, or payment are the customer’s responsibility.
- Delivery charges may apply depending on location. Barrelprint is not responsible for delays caused by courier services.
5. Artwork & Intellectual Property
- Customers must ensure they have the legal rights to use any logos, images, or designs submitted.
- Barrelprint reserves the right to reject any order that contains offensive, illegal, or copyright-infringing content.
- All design work created by Barrelprint remains our intellectual property unless agreed in writing.
6. Quality & Color Disclaimer
- While we strive for accuracy, slight variations in color, material, or finish may occur due to printing processes.
- Barrelprint cannot guarantee exact color matching unless specific arrangements are made (e.g., Pantone matching).
7. Refunds & Returns
- Custom-printed items are non-refundable once approved and produced.
- Refunds or reprints will only be considered if there is a proven defect or mistake caused by Barrelprint.
- Claims must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.

8. Limitation of Liability
- Barrelprint shall not be held liable for:
- Delays beyond our control (couriers, suppliers, strikes, etc.).
- Losses incurred due to customer errors in supplied artwork.
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Our liability is limited to the cost of the order in question.
9. Privacy & Data Protection
- Barrelprint respects your privacy and protects your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- By placing an order, you consent to the collection and use of your information for order fulfillment and communication.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved in Kenyan courts.
