1. Nationwide Delivery Coverage
We deliver across all towns and regions in Kenya, including but not limited to:

2. Delivery Timelines

Within Nairobi & nearby towns: 24–48 hours after order completion.

Major towns (Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, Eldoret, Meru, etc.): 2–4 working days.

Remote and rural areas: 3–5 working days depending on courier availability.

3. Free Delivery

Free delivery for all orders worth Ksh 10,000 and above anywhere in Kenya.

Orders below Ksh 10,000 attract a small delivery fee, calculated based on distance and courier charges.
4. Shipping Process

Once your order is confirmed and processed, you will receive a delivery notification with details of dispatch.

Deliveries are done via trusted courier partners and our in-house delivery team where possible.

Bulk and urgent orders in Nairobi can be arranged for same-day delivery at an extra fee.
5. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or is delayed beyond the agreed time, please contact us immediately.
